[A版BUG提交]新版upupw 5.6系列64位 套件 报错

我参照上面的提示 全部纠正

安装环境：win2008 r2

1，第一个端口被占用排除 我改了端口 88
2，我用的默认文件 排除
3 运行库已经安装
4 路径没有中文



安装过程中 没有改动任何文件

已解决：是忘记了http.conf 里面有安全狗的配置文件  大家注意

装了安全狗后会在apache的httpd.conf配置文件末尾加上几行配置，如果重装系统或者upupw打包移植后安全狗失效了而他的配置还在所以会造成apache无法启动。
