PHP7.0 64位+nginx打开xdebug程序崩溃

1.异常描述：
         1.进入php配置，k5打开xdebug，程序进入调试模式。
         2.调试程序，nginx报错502，报错信息：

2.尝试解决办法：
          1.添加fast_chi进程，进程启动成功，调试借口，弹出窗口fast_cgi崩溃.
          2.打开upstream keepalive 500;还是报错502.


请问使用php7的时候是否也有遇到过这种情况。如果有是怎么解决的
