日志记录的都是:notice，没有error错误报告，不能重启apache提示什么？

我试了，把新建的站点关闭就可以顺利重启apache了，环境重启好了以后再打开站点就没事，
不知道是不是本机的项目比较多（差不多40个站点）

那就是新建的站点域名绑定或者其他地方配置写错了，对站点数目没有限制，你可以再检查下那个新站点。
