看不懂

error.log中全是启动的日志记录，没有错误信息，你所描述的遇到一个问题，需要关闭，这个可能是系统因素造成的
http://php.upupw.net/apache/6/399.html参照这个解决。
重启下系统然后upupw面板kk后再s1应该可以解决你的问题。
